Eagle Ranch
is located in a charming and romantic area on the banks of
a magnificent river which flows through the valley of Onsernone.
The surrounding area is sunny and peaceful, an ideal place
to relax, enjoy nature and get away from the stresses of city
life. There are kilometers of trails and opportunities to
explore the valley and the beautiful surrounding mountains.
We offer the possibility to go horseback riding with our friendly
Freiberg Horses, Cheyenne, Lucy, Asia, Vicky and Sandy. You
can also try local delicacies at characteristic local restaurants
and grottos such as Locanda Zott.
The surrounding area:
-Less than 500 meters away from the Ranch, you will find the
Gondola Alpe Salei which takes you to the peak of a nearby
mountain from which you can go on hikes and discover pristine
alpine lakes, stay in one of the many mountain cabins or go
mountainbiking.
-The well known
town of Locarno can also be easily reached by car (45 minute
drive). The city offers a myriad of cultural events, restaurants,
boutiques, live music etc.
